A CNAME may be needed for www or another subdomain. For the domain without www: A/AAAA or ALIAS/CNAME flattening, depending on the provider. Use only the DNS target confirmed by NetStacky.
2. Associate the website and configure HTTPS
A CNAME alone does not activate the website or certificate. The connection is completed after DNS checks, together with NetStacky.
3. Agree on the primary address
The old NetStacky subdomain is redirected to the agreed primary address. Purchasing and renewing your own domain remain your responsibility.
03 / SEPARATE SERVICE
Your Contabo VPS.
AI-assisted administration.
You contract and pay for the server directly with Contabo. NetStacky provides Linux administration separately, with root or sudo access. The account and server remain yours.

What we agree before access
Compatibility, scope of work, backups, frequency of checks, cost and intervention times. AI is not a guarantee of error-free operation. Sensitive data is not sent to AI models without consent and safeguards.
We do not promise guaranteed uptime or round-the-clock intervention. The VPS cost is not included in administration. A secure access method is agreed separately; do not send passwords or private keys through the form.

- Romanian, German and English. The browser preference sets the first view; the visitor can change it.

Do I need to buy a domain at the start?
No. You can start on a NetStacky subdomain confirmed at activation. Your own domain is optional and can be connected later.
What does it cost and what is included?
Cost and limits are agreed before activation, based on the website and resources. There is no offer of free hosting or unlimited resources. Backups, support and features are confirmed individually, not assumed.
Is the website created immediately after a request?
No. The request is reviewed before setup. The message does not create an account, automatically reserve a name or activate a subscription.
Can I request an online shop or migration?
You can describe what you need, but this work is not automatically included. Compatibility, complexity, cost and limits must be assessed before acceptance.
Do I need to send passwords or keys?
No. Do not send passwords, private keys or other secrets through the form or email. You can change DNS yourself using the instructions provided; for a VPS, the access method is agreed separately.
Is NetStacky an official Contabo partner?
No. NetStacky is an independent service, with no affiliation or official partnership with Contabo.
